Roofing manufactures carry different warranties. Depending on the type of roof and materials that are used, depends on the manufacturing warranty. Josh will go over all of these choices in detail as part of the proposal.
Safety
Josh will oversee the project and will communicate with you throughout the process. All work will be done in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines. Proper fall protection and perimeter warning systems shall be implemented, along with a single documented purpose safety system with all on-site crew members prior to the start of the job.
Crew member have been trained and are required to adhere by the OSHA safety guidelines.
